None at all. Most of our members start with zero martial arts background. Our beginner classes are specifically designed for new students.
We run dedicated Kids classes for ages 6–12, a Teen stream from 13–15, and Adult classes for 16+. All levels welcome in each stream.
Comfortable workout clothes are fine. Once you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a gi. Everything else is provided.
Belt progression depends on consistent training and demonstrated skill — typically 12–24 months between levels. There's no fast track, and that's by design.
